'New' track called "License" by American singer-songwriter, Jesse McCartney surfaced recently. There is not much news about this track. It could probably be a previously unreleased track from his old project but didn't make it to the final cut. Jesse is expected to come out with his upcoming album entitled 'Have It All' sometime in 2011.
